Bringing a dog? Remember that your dog must not disturb others. During Christmas, winter, and Easter holidays, dogs must be on a leash in all machine-groomed trails in Hemsedal. In ski arenas and valley & forest trails from Gravset in the east to Feten and Lio in the west, leash rules apply the whole season. Thank you for cleaning up after your dog.

Directions
To Hølleskaret
Follow Rv 52 west for about 2 km. Turn off towards Hemsedal Skisenter and take a right just after the bridge. After SkiStar Lodge, drive through the toll station (it takes a photo of the license plate, and you pay within 48 hours on youpark.no with Vipps or card, or alternatively receive an invoice plus an invoice fee by mail). Follow Holdeskardvegen up and into the mountain. About 6.5 km from the highway, you’ll find a large parking lot (Holdeskaret) on the left side—park there.

Parking
Park at Holdeskaret parking lot located on the left side of the road just after Fløgatjerne.
There is no cross-country ski parking at Skigaarden.

The ski bus stops at Skigaarden.
