Blue flow trail - Silverstone
In Hemsedal Rides you enjoy one of Norway's roughest flow trails and fantastic views at the same time. You take the lift up with your bike, and the trail begins as you get off the lift and starts with a small loop up into the terrain before you cycle down towards Skigaarden and continue down towards the bottom of the ski center, almost 8 km in total.
- It's like biking a roller coaster, says one of many who tried their hand at the flow path during the opening weekend.
- This is so cool, can't belive I'm in Norway, it is absolutely fantastic!
We suggest that it can be good to take it a bit slow the first ride so you know how the trail turns and where the big and smaller jumps are.
There are many stops along the trail that are marked and we recommend everyone to take a break from time to time to catch their breath, shake off lactic acid and look at the fantastic views.

Tottelia
Tottelia is our family park which you will find between Fyri Hotel and Hemsedal Ski Centre. Here, you can enjoy gravel trails with varying degrees of difficulity marked with colors green, blue and red.
We recommend that you try out Tottelia before heading for the the new blue flow path.
In Tottelia, there is also a barbecue area and it is a cozy area where the whole family can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Hemsedal.
Broadway & High Line
Broadway is a green multi-use path that is flat and suitable for everyone, the path and leads to the Sollaust stream where a nice mountain shelter has been built. You can either continue on the blue cycle path, the High Line, or take out your packed lunch and enjoy delicious mountain water from the stream before you return the same way. The High Line is a truly panoramic path that goes up into the terrain, hence the name High Line. After reaching Sollaust via Broadway, you climb up the terrain and when you continue down you have hilly terrain with added bumps and dosed turns. Both trails start when you get off the lift at the top of Hemsedal Ski Resort (you enter High Line at the end of Broadway). Enjoy the great view at the Sollaut stream.
The total length of Broadway and the High Line is about 2 km together.
Red Mountain Bike Trail - "Sentrumsstien" (trail towards town center) - opens Friday July 14th
The 2023 summer, Hemsedal Rides is opening yet another new mountain bike trail. This is a 7 km long red mountain bike trail that starts at the top of the Hollvin Express (start with Broadway and enter the red trail at the end of Broadway) and winds its way down the mountain towards the town center and Fyri Resort. From Fyri, take the Fyri trail and then you connect with the last part of Silverstone, which takes you back to the lift again for another round. The trail begins at Broadway and at Sollaust you take the red trail.
This trail is for those who have mastered cycling well in Silverstone. It is a cool and spectacular trail. Here the terrain is used as it is and you will find classic park elements naturally in the path, also using stones and boulders. It is slightly tighter and produces slightly more g-forces than the Silverstone.
Hallingdal Rides
Hallingdal aims to become Norway's largest trail bike destination and we have many great trails and pump tracks that you can challenge yourself in this summer. There are several new trails opening this summer all over Hallingdal, and everything is only within 30min-1h 15 minutes by car. You will find more info about Hallingdal Rides further down.
